Because of that, I knew this was exactly where I wanted to buy my next vehicle. And I couldn’t have asked for a better sales consultant. David Cappetta was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process. He took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and walked me through multiple options for both models and pricing, making sure I felt confident every step of the way. When my car arrived, he didn’t just hand over the keys. He sat down with me, walked me through all the features, and even took a drive with me to make sure I felt completely comfortable. I am so thankful to everyone (David Cappetta, Sam Piccolo, Ihor Koval, and Scott Brewer) at Brewer Airport Toyota for making this such a smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable experience. Out of all of the hybrid cars that I test drove a few months ago, the Toyota Rav4 was my favorite. So when my mom and I were actually getting serious about finding me a Rav, we stumbled upon Brewer Airpo months ago, the Toyota Rav4 was my favorite. So when my mom and I were actually getting serious about finding me a Rav, we stumbled upon Brewer Airport Toyota. To be honest, I was a little anxious having had a bad experience with another dealership but Jayden took that anxiety away and continued to make my mom and I comfortable from day 1. He is courteous, knowledgeable, fun to be around, fascinating to speak with, polite and charming. Not only did he make our experience fun, but he also had a great attitude throughout the whole process. From test driving my Rav with me to walking around the show room and parking lot to locate the paint color on other models that I was considering, he went above and beyond for us. We will not only be coming back to get the rust protectant on my Rav, but also to genuinely say hi and see how Jayden is doing because he is extremely personable and made it easy to form a connection with him. Overall our experience has been wonderful and we both see him going far in this line of work. So if you want a friendly smile, good laughs and sincere care, go strike up a conversation with Jayden.
