I brought my vehicle in service/repair as it would not start. The dealership staff assisting me was very courteous and professional. Both of these individuals were very courteous and professional and they kept me informed about the status of my vehicle. They typically do a good job with routine Maint, but for repair work I don’t trust their assessments or their work anymore. I took my car to them with a roof leak. They kept it almost a week. Charged me $60 repair work I don’t trust their assessments or their work anymore. I took my car to them with a roof leak. They kept it almost a week. Charged me $600 and in less than a month it was leaking again. They installed a battery. Then less than 2 years later they told me they thought the battery was going bad. After I told them they had installed the battery last year it was no longer a problem. A week later the battery failed and I had to remove it my self and bring it to them to exchange it. They also wanted to charge me .5 hours labor to install it. Most recently I took the car in for an oil leak. They identified several leaks, one of which was the oil pan seal. $2300 for that repair. 5 months later it’s leaking oil again. They charged me another diagnosis fee and identified another, different leak and quoted me $2400 for the repair. I took it to another shop and they found that the oil pan gasket was again leaking. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it just keeps happening. They replaced my tires and charged me nearly $100 more per tire than their competitors. When I pointed it that out they did refund the difference but it took several months and I had to correct the first refund which was only half what it should have been. More

Nice dealership and service department. Truck was kept over night received a ride home and back to the dealership. My 2024 Silverado had and oil change and to updated the dashboard and radio. The dashboard issue was fixed but the radio still has a delay when turning on. Love the truck helpful a better update comes out for the radio. This is a great dealership to buy and have your vehicle serviced. The radio not updating is the only reason for four stars. More
