Service center was hardworking and courteous. We could tell they exhausted all options to rectify the service leveling system error we have been getting since shortly after purchasing the vehicle We could tell they exhausted all options to rectify the service leveling system error we have been getting since shortly after purchasing the vehicle October 2024. Vehicle was taken in to be scanned multiple times when we were nearby and it was in the shop ~6 times for a total of ~60 days. To be fair a portion of that was for some minor cosmetic issues that the car was sold to us with. Once we exhausted all options and we decided to pursue the GMC buyback program. Essentially trade the bad vehicle for a like model. Once we were transferred over to the sales managers is when our issues started. I'd give the sales managers zero stars if I could for blowing us off repeatedly. I've wasted a lot of my time trying to reach to anyone from the sales team that could help and have got nothing but voicemail boxes that are full, voicemails/messages left that aren't returned. Again, service did a fantastic job. Ryan clearly communicated with TC Moran that he would need a stock number for a replacement vehicle that he would have to find. We left him a list of criteria on a sticky note and didnt hear anything back. Few weeks later we reengaged, Ryan passed us off to Patti who said she had a match on hand, we scheduled an appointment to come in and see it, our designated sales rep was busy assisting a new customer and we were assisted by someone else who had zero idea as to our situation. Patti wasn't there and nobody else had any idea what to do and we were told this was a waste our time because nothing could be done for 4 weeks. I spent the next two weeks calling ~20 times leaving voicemails or being forwarded to full voicemail boxes or almost getting hung up on when I have to frustratingly retell our situation to someone new in order to get help. Over the course of two weeks I was able to talk to TC two times, each time produced nothing but more frustration as I would search the dealership website for an available vehicle in order to give him the stock number and he would tell me its already been sold even though its marked as available. Another time I emailed him the stock number and it took four days plus me asking for a status update just to find out that vehicle was "sold a month ago". The sales team has been absolute trash in assisting us through this process and all I've gotten was half hearted apologies not even fully accepting responsibility. How could anyone at this dealership think that this treatment is ok? Probably because they don't actually care about the customer if they're not making a profit off them. I 100% regret the day my wife wanted a GMC and am now seriously considering litigation More
