I feel I can trust her and she never steers me wrong when advising me on service needs for my car. Today the mechanic who worked on my car came out to help me reconnect my Bluetooth. He was so patient and willing to help. It’s great people like these that make me want to keep coming for service. Inez has also helped me once when Paula was not available and she too gave me the same experience. I joked that now she’s my go to person if Paula is not there. My thanks go out to the team. More

I found this annoying because I bring my car in for ALL its service and I would have had the work done on schedule if it had been mentioned then. I find these ‘add-on’ surprises not pleasant. It makes me suspicious that they are trying to up the sale. Because I intend to keep this car running for awhile and it has been my most reliable car, I do all the maintenance suggested. More
