Service experience Paula Cashman is one of the very best service representatives I have had. She is attentive, knowledgeable and caring. I feel I can trust her and she never steers me wrong when advising me on service needs for my car. Today the mechanic who worked on my car came out to help me reconnect my Bluetooth. He was so patient and willing to help. It’s great people like these that make me want to keep coming for service. Inez has also helped me once when Paula was not available and she too gave me the same experience. I joked that now she’s my go to person if Paula is not there. My thanks go out to the team. More

Always good service This service trip was just for an oil change, but other service was recommended that had not been done when it should have been. I found this annoying This service trip was just for an oil change, but other service was recommended that had not been done when it should have been. I found this annoying because I bring my car in for ALL its service and I would have had the work done on schedule if it had been mentioned then. I find these ‘add-on’ surprises not pleasant. It makes me suspicious that they are trying to up the sale. Because I intend to keep this car running for awhile and it has been my most reliable car, I do all the maintenance suggested. More

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE I purchased my Toyota Sienna about 7 years ago from your dealership and have brought it in for every service and issue since I purchased it. I have c I purchased my Toyota Sienna about 7 years ago from your dealership and have brought it in for every service and issue since I purchased it. I have complained about my rear sliding doors on both sides not closing and locking on various occasions and was told it was a variety of issues and sometimes I was told they could not figure it out and must have been something blocking the door, which believe me I had checked. These issues would leave me stranded miles from home with 2 toddlers in the car and no way to shut the door except to tie it with a bungee chord through open windows even during the dead of winter. I still trusted your service department, The last time I brought it in, the passenger side door flew open while I was driving with my children in the car. You had the car for 8 hours and I was told it was due to a dent in my door that was over a year old and they would not even look at it. This company let me drive off their lot with my rear passenger door tied shut with a ROPE and told me there was nothing they could do. My husband looked at it the next morning and the latching mechanism was broken and got the door to close in 15 minutes. I will be selling this car and never returning again. They did not care about my safety or the safety of my family. I now know there is a class action against Toyota for these very same problems, yet I was told they did not now what I was talking about or it must have been my fault. AND they let me drive off their property with a door next to a car seat tied shut. If you have children DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE, their safety will NOT BE THEIR PRIORITY. More

Prompt, professional, and courteous. I dropped off my car for the 10K service. They provided me a ride to anf from the RMV. Moments later, my car was ready and I left with hope ur day gets betters and smiles. Thank you to my service provider and my transport driver. More
