Una experiencia muy agradable Conoci al Señor Jose Blume el Viernes 31 de Julio en el parqueo de Publix, mientras abos esperabamos que abriera la tienda. Jose noto que el carro que Conoci al Señor Jose Blume el Viernes 31 de Julio en el parqueo de Publix, mientras abos esperabamos que abriera la tienda. Jose noto que el carro que yo conducia tenia un ruido raro en el motor. Eso fue el comienzo de lo que culmino en una compra de dos vehiculos. Mi esposo y yo compramos un RAV4 del 2015 y mis suegros compraron un Camry del 2015. El Señor Blume, quien es gerente del programa STARS de Toyota of North Miami, dio una presentacion muy clara y consisa del producto. Nos esplico detalladamente todos los veneficios y ahorros que el programa STARS provee al consumidor. Consequentemente, decidimos ir al dealer a ver los autos y dar un test drive. Alli, fuimos recividos por otra exelente miembro del equipo de STARS, Ingrid Aguiar. Ingrid fue increible, trabajo incansablemente desde que llegamos haste que nos fuimos con nuestros dos nuevos autos nuevos a casa. En todo momento Ingrid mantuvo un nivel de profedionalismo, servicio y etica incomparable. Lo mas importante de fue que, todo lo que el Jose Blume nos prometio en la presentacion que nos hiso en casa de mis suegros, se cumplio al pie de la letra, y aun mas. Right Time, Right Place, Great Deal On Friday, July 31, at 6:45 in the morning my wife happened to be in the right place at the right time. My wife Jeannetty was at the Publix on SW 200 On Friday, July 31, at 6:45 in the morning my wife happened to be in the right place at the right time. My wife Jeannetty was at the Publix on SW 200 street and 127th ave in Miami. She was there to pick up some donations for the church we attend. Jose Blume, the manager of the STARS program at Toyota of North Miami, happened to be there. He waiting for the store to open. He noticed the car my wife was driving had a weird noise. The car was my father's 2007 KIA which we use to pick up the donations. He approached my wife about the noise. To make a long story short, he ended up going to my dad's house and explained all the benefits of the STARS program. We were so impressed, we decided to buy, not one, but two cars. We bought a 2015 Rav4 for my wife and a 2015 Camry for my dad. We drove to the dealer to see and test drive the cars, and to sign the paper work. We were helped by another wonderful member of the STARS program, Ingrid Aguiar. She was very pleasant and worked with us from the time we got there, til the time we drove away with our two new cars. I have to say these two make an incredible team. Toyota of North Miami is very lucky to have these guys there. They are very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, tactful, honest, and most of all, they will not stop working until you walk away with a deal that puts a huge smile on your face. I would most definitely recommend them to all my friend who are thinking or needing a new vehicle. More

He asked if wanted to trade in my 2008 Scion xD, explained the details of the offer and handed me a flyer. Even after a month I was skeptical, but I called him on a Saturday morning and met with Jose and Ingrid that afternoon. I walked into the dealer with an older car, high interest rate auto loan (that was killing me) and a low credit score. My main concern was getting rid of the car loan and not going over the monthly payments that I previously had. To make the long story short, THEY WORKED THEIR MAGIC!!! That evening, I walked out with a 2015 Toyota Camry, car payments just a little over what I was already paying and most importantly, they got rid of that high interest rate auto loan. THEY DID THEIR THING!!! Both Jose and Ingrid's quality of work is EXCELLENT!!! They're very professional, nice and friendly. This duo went above and beyond the expectations.
