When it was time to buy I compared this company to others in the City. Columbus has great cars and dealerships but I have to say that this Honda Dealership wins overall. I worked with Matt Thompson for both purchases over 7 years. I have worked with Sarah Bortz most times in the service area. I have worked with the Body Shop 2 or 3 times when my cars "were hit" and they also get great ratings from me. Those who I talked with this time (when I needed to find a replacement car within 2 weeks!!!!) were Matt/Sales, Bob/New Car Mgr, (even talked to Casey / New Car Mgr. twice), Ricky (?) in the body shop was has helpful as he could be - good!, and even talked to the lady who does online car info. Oh yes - I called the 2 ladies at the switchboard numerous times and they get 5 stars also! PS yes this car won also in the online ratings and tied with one other car in owner preferences. ..... It seemed Honda owners came back to "Honda". More

Bought a 2010 Honda Insight with 45,000 miles The 2010 Honda Insight Norm Nolder of Roush Honda sold us is a great car at the right price. We found it on Ebay. The gas mileage for my trip home to The 2010 Honda Insight Norm Nolder of Roush Honda sold us is a great car at the right price. We found it on Ebay. The gas mileage for my trip home to Nashville from Columbus Ohio was 52.3 mpg. I especially like the mpg and the cruise control. This cruise control is easier to operate and change speeds than any we have had in the past. We decided that we wanted to add HondaCare to our purchase and Roush Honda made that happen. We had Hondacare on our 2000 Honda Insight and we never had a claim. We hope having HondaCare on this latest bigger Insight will have the same result. You know if you don't have insurance or a warranty, that's when you will need it. There were a few places that needed touching up where bugs or grit had hit the front hood hard and they took care of that as well. Norm Nolder picked me up at the airport and was a lot of fun to work with. My wife says she is delighted with how well her "new" car looks, handles and saves money with its high mpg. We have rented and driven a Prius twice for long trips. We test drove a number of used ones for sale locally. This Insight is a better car and we saved $4000 over the comparable Prius's we priced. More
