I have purchased/leased vehicles for years and the last three have been Hondas. I have dealt with several brands, but so far Honda is my favorite. This particular experience was by far the best! Mr. Carpenter was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I felt immediately at ease and felt he was there to meet all my vehicle needs. When I return to purchase/lease another vehicle, which may be sometime this year, I will ask for him to assist in the transaction. The business manager, Mr. Pepple, was efficiant and friendly and rounded out the whole experience. More
