Sales person is not transparent. During selling process many things are not clearly explained but only after signing many documents fully compromising, you realize that you are commi During selling process many things are not clearly explained but only after signing many documents fully compromising, you realize that you are committed to buy and pay for items that where never mentioned . Unfortunately you get a lot of pressure from salesperson to sign and complete the process. Not all is clear but because you trust that all what you are signing is what was explained and offered, the reality is that they have put their fingers in your mouth. Post sale,I realized that car didn’t have remote key control, I was told that I had the keys on my hand. It was assumed that I should discover just by holding the key for a few seconds, what I was getting. Later I discovered that $600 were in my bill for a LoJack device that was never mentioned. I’m totally disappointed with this proceder, with the salesperson and with post sale attitude of everyone at Miami Lakes. Do not recommend anyone to buy here, or come with a car expert to do a full inspection before committing. Salesperson shows to be very friendly but after closing you realize having blindly committed to more than initially foreseen. More
