I cannot say enough good things about this store and specifically my salesperson, Jay Wiggins. I had been in the market for my vehicle for quite some time and was willing to travel anywhere in the US to specifically my salesperson, Jay Wiggins. I had been in the market for my vehicle for quite some time and was willing to travel anywhere in the US to get it. I spoke with many dealers all across the US and Jay was the first person who shot straight with me, gave me a quote with a solid OTD price, and made the deal seamless. When I first called Jay, he actually wasn’t aware that used EVs could get an instant tax credit applied as a downpayment (most dealers aren’t since this is new as of 2024.) Unlike other salespeople who were dismissive when I tried to educate them on this, he was receptive and willing to look into it, and sure enough he was able to get it done hassle free. Most other salespeople were dismissive when I tried to inquire about it, telling me things like “that’s not how it works”, “you have to claim it on your taxes you can’t get it up front”, etc. The fact that he was willing to listen to get the deal done is such a refreshing change of pace. I flew in from Atlanta to get this deal done, and when I arrived I was not jerked around with the price or had anything additional thrown in to the paperwork without my consent. It’s not very often you find dealers who are willing to do things professionally and honestly, so I would 100% recommend this place (and Jay) to everyone I know - my only regret is they’re not in Florida for me to come back to! More
