Louis answered my call in regards to buying a Bronco while I am from out of state. Very receptive to my specific specs for a blue Heritage. Negotiated a deal over phone, texts, and email. I drove 600 plus miles the following day and traded in my Explorer and took delivery of the Bronco. No hidden fees or sudden buy changes certain dealers try to do. Bronco was prepped and ready to go. Signed a few papers with Louis and finance team, screwed on temp tags, took some fun videos for social media and I was on my way home to North Carolina.
