While it’s fun to get a new car I normally despise the process. Not so at Lexus of Brookfield. I drove all the way from the western suburbs of Illinois to see a car I had my eye on. From the moment I walked in to when I drove off with my new car it was an absolute pleasure to buy my car here. Isaac was phenomenal and so easy to talk to. There were no high pressure sales tactics here which I appreciate so much that when I look for my next car this will be the first place I look and I will tell everyone I know about this dealership. I am a 4 time Lexus buyer . Last one was a 2018 RX350 I bought from Lexus of Brookfield in 2018 new. The sale manger was great and service was good. Now I went in November of 20 Last one was a 2018 RX350 I bought from Lexus of Brookfield in 2018 new. The sale manger was great and service was good. Now I went in November of 2023 to order a new 2024 RX 350 and was told the old sales manage retried and they gave me a sales rep who told me that I could not order one ,but did not have any on the lot and would try and fine what a wanted. He said he would call me . Two weeks later no call. So i called and asked for manager Sam. He told me that he would find me one and call me. Again no call after 3 weeks. So I went to Woodfield Lexus in Illinois' and they had 14 new 2024 on the lot and was treated great. Made a deal and got the 2024 I wanted at a good price. Now the 2024 Lexus had a second key shortage and was told that Lexus would contact me when I could pick up the second key at any dealer . Today I drove to Lexus of Brookfield to get the second key I ordered 3 weeks ago from Service and Parts only to find out no key and they never ordered it. Now I have to go back again on Thursday . I like to know if the General Manger knows what a poor service organization and sales he is running. I will never buy a Lexus from Lexus of Brookfield again. More
