Worked to get rid of Negative Equity I was trading in a vehicle that had a lot of negative equity (from a deal on a Nissan Leaf). We first went in to look at a car on the showroom floor out of curiosity and not yet ready to buy. Greg Frey showed us the car -- we were there all of ten minutes. A couple weeks later we returned ready to buy. Greg greeted us and remembered us right away -- we were quite blown away by this especially considering how many people he must interact with any given day. Greg was wonderful! He helped us find a car that was a perfect fit for our needs and budget. Then David was excellent in working with us on getting a price that was where we needed to be in regard to payments. They ended up having the 'perfect for us' car sent over from another dealership and the process was swift and painless -- we had our beautiful new car within 24 hours! Isaac was so great during the financing process and was thorough and understanding. I cannot say enough about the level of excellence and customer service and care at this dealership! We'll definitely be returning for any service needs and if/when we need to purchase another car. Would recommend a thousand times over! More

Everyone was very patient and understanding when we had to reschedule our delivery experience. We went to the dealership to test drive a Dodge Journey and ended up leaving that evening with our new car just on a hand shake. The negotiation process was no bones and the sales manager actually came out and sat down with us to discuss what it would actually take for us to make a deal. Everyone we dealt with through out the entire process was amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends, family and co-workers. I'm optimistic that our service experience will be the same because we have been instructed to schedule our maintenance visits through our saleman! Historically we've never even seen our salesman once we sign on the dotted line. Great overall experience. More

We had been looking for a Jeep for about a month around home, and then called this dealership, and were put in contact with Jake Hendershot. 99% of our trade in and purchase was done over the phone. From the get go, he beat anyone's price we had dealt with at other dealerships. More importantly, he was friendly, knowledgeable and made the entire process as smooth and easy going as possible. Additionally, upon our arrival to look at the vehicle, Jake was with another customer and we were greeted by another sales associate (Kenny) who was also extremely helpful, and welcoming. We finished our purchase after hours; the entire staff from beginning to end not once let us feel like we were 'holding them up or being an inconvenience'. In the finance department, Isaac did a great job of making the paperwork easily understandable - the entire process was a breeze. Great staff & great customer service. I highly recommend this dealership! More
