Lemons into lemonade Ordered the Ram Promaster 1500 commercial van on May 2, 2016. Expected it to arrive late Aug/early Sept. As the date neared/past we weren't able to ge Ordered the Ram Promaster 1500 commercial van on May 2, 2016. Expected it to arrive late Aug/early Sept. As the date neared/past we weren't able to get any updates from our salesman at that time. We had to push to get any updates regarding where our van was at in production/when it would arrive. After being transferred to Greg Frey, we felt reassured that he was going to follow-up and provide us answers. He updated us regularly, and though the info he was given wasn't always accurate, he always communicated what he found out. We learned that with the van being a commercial vehicle, the systems between Ram and the dealership to get updates was not cohesive, codes were different, updates on the system weren't timely and being able to find someone that had access/understood the codes was difficult. When the van finally arrived Nov. 9th, Greg was very patient and helpful when some issues arose with finding compatible equipment necessary to convert this into a wheelchair accessible van. These issues arose from our initial salesman giving us inaccurate info about features in the van which were critical for the conversion. He drove the van over to the local wheelchair conversion company before he typically started work so we all could meet and determine if there was a solution. When we figured things out, and finally were able to purchase the van, they were helpful insuring that we received the best finance rate. Greg chatted with us until Isaac was available to do the paperwork. Isaac was very patient going over all the paperwork, answering all of our questions and being unbiased as we weighed our options with service packages... Greg even picked me up the next day to make it easier to get the van. Since we purchased the van, Greg has been just as helpful with following up with our questions, etc. As I look back on this entire experience it ended on a positive note, fostered by Greg's empathy with our situation and desire to cultivate a long term relationship with each of his clients. More
