They were NOT prepared to deliver a vehicle that was sold to a customer coming from a long distance. Not happy with the sales staff and their knowledge of the vehicle that I purchased. This is my first elect to a customer coming from a long distance. Not happy with the sales staff and their knowledge of the vehicle that I purchased. This is my first electric vehicle and it was delivered to me with a charge of only 49 miles. That is equivalent to picking up a new car with the gas tank empty! They were fine to let me drive off on my 2 hour and 40 minute trip home until I pushed the issue. At that point I had to follow Adam, the manager, 26 miles to a fast charger. Mind you, they knew I was coming to pick up the truck because I had been talking with Issac, my sales person, for a couple of days getting the deal ironed out. Had spoken to him the morning I was coming to pick it up also. I can honestly say, this is the WORST experience I have ever had with a car purchase! And between purchasing personal vehicles as well as company vehicles, I have purchased quite a few. I would never go back, or recommend Bayside Ford to anyone! More
