Had a great experience with the service department within the last year. Came back and purchased a new truck, could not have gone better. WARNING! WARNING! DON NOT BUY A NEW CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I bought a Chevy Bolt from them with a five year bumper to bumper warranty and they refuse WARNING! DON NOT BUY A NEW CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I bought a Chevy Bolt from them with a five year bumper to bumper warranty and they refuse to honor it. They tell me that since they changed from Olson to Patriot they are not EV compliant, even though they SELL Silverados! It is the same store, same shop same staff. They even replaced the battery on my Bolt when I bought it, so I know they are equipped to work on it. Here is the kicker. I need the WINDSHIELD WASHER PUMP FIXED!! This has nothing to do with being and EV. It's just the windshield washer. To make matters worse, the service guy I spoke to, in person, inadvertently implied they could WORK on the car, they just wouldn't honor the warranty. Now, to the service mans credit, when I offered to PAY HIM to fix my windshield washer, he said he wasn't comfortable about taking my money since I had purchased a five year bumper to bumper warranty. However, imagine the frustration that some because I BOUGHT a warranty, and that purchasing a warranty voids my ability to get my car repaired at the STORE WHERE I BOUGHT IT! I will never buy another car from Patriot. These people are friendly rip off artists. They will smile at you and lie to your face. BUYER BEWARE More
