I have called four times, left four messages over the last week and no one will call me back. I took my daughter to get a new car and was literally there from 10:30am until 7:30pm. We found a car she wan last week and no one will call me back. I took my daughter to get a new car and was literally there from 10:30am until 7:30pm. We found a car she wanted, it was the only car she test drove, and they didn’t get me back to do the finance paperwork until right before they closed. Everything was so rushed and I told them multiple times I did not want this Cilajet crap they were pushing, we also went over warranties but he said I had six months to decide, I still have eight months factory warranty on the car so that was wonderful. I am in contact with the bank today and then they urge me to look over everything I was billed for and sure enough the Cilajet is on there as well as the warranty he said I had six months to decide on. That is a terrible way to do business, rushing through things at the last minute and slipping added charges in. Those are very shady business practices! I’m so disappointed, I really thought it was a great experience until I saw all the added crap without my consent. I guess that was partially my fault for trying to get it all done on their time table. I should have left and come back another day. More
