We had such a great experience here! We actually came out from OC because of a truck we saw advertised online that was exactly what we were looking for and within our budget. Isaiah was incredibly helpful through the whole process. He also had everything ready to go before we even made the drive out there, so when we arrived, we basically just test drove the truck, signed a few forms, and were on our way. The dealership itself was also really impressive. It was clean, welcoming, and accommodating, which I especially appreciated because we had our two toddlers with us. That can make car shopping a little more stressful, but everyone was great with them and we never felt like they were in the way. The whole thing took less than an hour! (Granted, we showed up around 7:30 when they closed at 8 😂 but still!) There was absolutely no pressure or haggling, and Isaiah made the whole process so easy. Lucio, the finance manager, was also amazing and made the financing portion quick and painless. We already had a good APR rate through our local credit union, but he was able to work with their preferred credit union and actually got us an even better rate. Both Lucio and Isaiah were genuinely great to work with and made what can normally be a stressful car-buying experience really enjoyable. I Would definitely recommend both of them to anyone looking into purchasing a vehicle! And pro tip: show up before closing and apparently you can get in and out with a new truck before they even have time to talk you into anything 😂 More
