On my arriving at Diamond Valley Honda, I was greeted by sales representative, Isay. Isay listened attentively as I described the ideal car I was looking for and the budget. Isay showcased a cert Honda Civ sales representative, Isay. Isay listened attentively as I described the ideal car I was looking for and the budget. Isay showcased a cert Honda Civic model and highlighted its features. It was the idea car. After test-driving it, I settled on the car. I told Isay the car was for my daughter. Isay explained the financing options, packages, and warranty available. He was transparent about pricing and didn’t pressure me to make a rushed decision. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle, the paperwork process was efficient. A few days later I picked up the vehicle and Isay was instrumental in helping us surprise our daughter. Before driving off the lot, Isay gave my daughter a detailed walkthrough of the car’s features and settings.
