Don't waste people's time selling damaged cars We took the time to drive to the dealership; after confirming the Highlander was there; only to find out it had been hit with alot of damage on the ri We took the time to drive to the dealership; after confirming the Highlander was there; only to find out it had been hit with alot of damage on the right side of the vehicle. Did they mention it to us ahead of time? NO! Did it show up on the Car fax? NO! Did they tell us when we got there! NO! However, when they pulled it out of the row to show s, it was like a big surprise; followed by some story about how it must have been hit right before trade-in and the Sales person didn't know about it!!! What a waste of 2.5 hours for us (time to get there; time to wait for someone; time to drive back!!!!) when all this time we could have been looking at another much more worthwhile dealership and car(s). More
