Dealership is ok. But salesman did not provide two things when delivering 18rx350. Instruction manuals were for 2017. Also floor mats given were from a different model Lexus. Until this is rectified, we can when delivering 18rx350. Instruction manuals were for 2017. Also floor mats given were from a different model Lexus.
