I was working with Ivan and Rich for a couple weeks now. I was finally given number on a lease for a 2026 Mustang GT Premium that I was happy with. I live almost 2 hours and 100 miles round trip from the dealer, so I was waiting until we got within the range I was looking for before making the drive up, and we did, or so I thought. I got there, they had the paper with the numbers on it, we were going to finalize everything until they came back and did the old bait and switch and said the numbers they provided were numbers for an EcoBoost and not the GT Premium. I wasted that time, put those miles on my trade-in, and I thought I was driving away with the new car since the deal was basically already done. Such a waste of time working with those guys when the deal was right there. No honor in their word at all. More
