Wonderful Experience, Great Customer Sevice My husband and I walked in and were greeted by Mr. Winston. He was very patient with us. We arrived approximately at 6pm that afternoon, and Mr. Wins My husband and I walked in and were greeted by Mr. Winston. He was very patient with us. We arrived approximately at 6pm that afternoon, and Mr. Winston and his manager, and Mr.Mike, stayed after hours with us until we came to an agreement. We did not come across any bad attitude, or rude customer service due to the fact that it was late. We came back the next morning and was amazed at how everyone was so friendly. Mr Ivan helped finalize our AWESOME deal with our DURANGO, and everyone was happy! Definitely would recommend to family and friends. More

LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP!!! Went here and wasted A LOT of my time. I spent 5.5 hours here and left with nothing. The sales rep answered his phone for everyone but me of course be Went here and wasted A LOT of my time. I spent 5.5 hours here and left with nothing. The sales rep answered his phone for everyone but me of course because he was a sorry salesman. The manager whom I spoke to next just kept saying give me 5 seconds more which turned into 3.5 hours the first day and 2 hours the second day. Finally I decided to conclude business at this horrible dealership and the manager still continued to use my info at other banks without my authorization. So in the end I had to tell a higher up manager to tell him to stop. I left and went to Tim Parker Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Hot Springs and I drove off the lot in a brand new car (the same exact one just a different color) for 4 THOUSAND dollars less. Oh and I was let know by Tim Parker that Steve Landers had run my credit, social, etc. through 13 banks even though I had only authorized one. So overall I wouldnt even go to the Rave theater because its too close to this horrible dealership. More

I stopped by Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep looking for a 2013 Black Dodge Dart GT. When I got out of my car John Jackson greeted me and ask how he could help me and what I was looking for. I told him for a 2013 Black Dodge Dart GT. When I got out of my car John Jackson greeted me and ask how he could help me and what I was looking for. I told him and he asked me to come into the showroom that he might have something I would be interested in. They had a 2013 Black Dodge Dart Mopar Edition. John worked hard to get my deal for me and I left driving my new car and couldn't be happier. They have the best selection and treat you right. More
