My husband and I have bought BMWs for the past 30 years. It is usually a pretty straightforward experience however this time we were turning in our 10 year old three series car and buying a five series. We are both in our 70s so I called for an appointment, we were assigned Ivan he could not have been nicer. Patience is his second name! There were A number of surprises and. “ Bumps in the road” but Throughout the process, he was calm and kind yet efficient, and always cognizant of our concerns and needs I also want to mention Sebastien. He is also referred to as boy Genius. He Programmed and explained to me all the new Icons that were put on the big screen! Ivan jiang is a Slimy car salesman! !! We called ahead to make sure the car was in stock and we were advised it was so we made an appointment. We were greeted by Ivan who told us the car !! We were greeted by Ivan who told us the car was on loan and was not unavailable and the only way to see the car was to purchase it first. How xxxxx ridiculous is that!!! Who would purchase a car without test driving it and see in person. I wasn’t even allowed to make a deposit only pay in full. Stay away from this dealership and this salesman. More
