My one issuse was the time it took to get the process from credit approval to signing the final paperwork. I arrived at 930am not knowing the were open as i was just looking. HAPPY Surprise! But I didnt get into my new to me car until about 2:30pm to head home. My only "concern" though. I will highly recommend both Dick Scott and Ivan! More

I purchased a used vehicle. Now I understand that you take a gamble on a used vehicle. As soon as I drove it off the lot the check engine light came on and the front end shook. I learned they cleared the codes and still sold it. The transmission and turbo are shot. Never buy a vehicle new or used from Dick Scott. Very shady people. The used car manger was very disrespectful and not helpful at all. More
