I am the General Manager here at Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I attended Plymouth Salem High School and Albion College. I have been in the automotive industry for 35 years all of which have been with Dick Scott Automotive Group, the company my father, Mr. Dick Scott, started almost 50 years ago. This was hands down the best buying experience I've had in the past 10 years. Bailey was knowledgeable, attentive and enthusiastic. Buying a new vehicle is a big (and expensive) decision, Bailey showed gre in the past 10 years. Bailey was knowledgeable, attentive and enthusiastic. Buying a new vehicle is a big (and expensive) decision, Bailey showed great patience with my wife and I and added a personal touch to get us in the right vehicle. When the exact configuration of vehicle wasn't available locally, he found one 45 minutes away and went out himself to retrieve it. It's worth noting that the last vehicle I bought was during COVID and from a competing dealership. The buying experience there was the worst I've ever had. The salesman was rude and impatient. When I got my vehicle is was covered in dust with smudges on the windows and an empty gas tank. In contrast, the experience at Dick Scott could not have been better. Everyone there is professional and friendly. I left with a vehicle that was freshly washed, detailed and had a full tank of gas (big deal with current gas prices!). Also, I got the best deal in town. I won't be going anywhere else. More

Never had such a great experience. I knew want I wanted in a truck and they had it available. I emailed them checking to make sure it was available and didn’t have to wait long for a r I knew want I wanted in a truck and they had it available. I emailed them checking to make sure it was available and didn’t have to wait long for a response. When I arrived, was greeted professionally. The sales manager came out from his office once started talking with the sales rep, manager came out introduced himself which I thought was nice. During the whole process, I never once felt pushed or even rushed into making a decision. If the representative was not able to answer a question, he was very honest about it instead of making something up just to make a sale. That’s so hard to find these days. Nice job to all that I interacted with!!! More
