I hate the car buying process in general, that being said Germain Honda was about as good as it gets. I'm new to this dealership and aside from buying the car I don't have much to go on. The sales process pretty much went as expected but there is room for improvement. Their phone system needs work as it seems people don't answer and/or someone states their name and it beeps then it seems to go dead. I have received several emails about scheduling service on a car I bought less than a week ago. More
