No detailed reasoning given on the car condition. I really thought the times of trying to rip off your customers while selling a car are over through such standardized transparent programs like KBB. Not with this dealer, they take part of KBB to seem credible. Not even a sign that they tried to clear the air afterwards when I sent a complaint. So I really only can make a public review. I worked with Ivorie who is not to blame for this, she follows the flawed direction of her management. PS: I sold the car to an honest VW dealer for $16750. More
