I really don't think they know how exceptional they are in the business of helping people find the best car for their needs. They work together as a team to make sure you're more than comfortable and satisfied with the experience. Brandt was the first one to help me. I would recommend him to anyone who doesn't like the process of buying a car. He is so personable and reassuring. Later when Brandt was busy with another customer, I received help from Ben, Izzy and Ren, some of the sales managers. They were all so easy to talk with and they were genuinely interested in answering all my questions and responding to my requests to fix little issues I found when examining the car I was interested in buying. No one sales person sold me the car, but I was sold on Kia of Everett. One of the best car buying experiences of my 40 years of buying cars. More
