Whole team was excellent - from front line sales to the GM. Came in to buy a new SUV and we knew what we wanted. Vaughn did a great job covering the ins and outs of the vehicle during our test drive. His manager, Izzy, help coordinate everything smoothly. Rob in finance did a great job explaining things without being in a rush. When an unexpected issue came up (a third party damaged the vehicle we were going to buy), even the GM (Kenny) stepped up, tracked down an exact replacement in just a few days, and kept everything on rails. Overall, we're very happy with this dealership. It's our first Kia, and we hope the amazing service continues. Thanks, team! More
