I was a former employee of Performance Kia back in 2017 as I co-managed the BDC department for Hugh. So I know Izzy personally because we worked together that year. He is a very tenured sales person and kn as I co-managed the BDC department for Hugh. So I know Izzy personally because we worked together that year. He is a very tenured sales person and knows his stuff when it comes to Kia. He took care of us, like I knew he would & why I called him in the first place. So We do appreciate the deal that they gave us on the Telluride AND for holding it for us without any $ down payment, because of the relationship that I had with Kia from the past.. But I am unhappy with F&I or the upstairs office, not sending the documents out on Friday like they were supposed to. They were supposed to be overnighted to get to Southern California on Saturday (which was yesterday) for my fiancée to sign them, to get them back to us tmrw Monday. We have already wired the money to Kia and they were paid in full $50K on Thursday of last week. BUT Docs never arrived yesterday on Saturday, so it obviously was not sent overnight on Thursday. Now she won’t get them until next week and we won’t be able to take delivery of the SUV until those get return. Thanks, Cary More
