I was able to come to a reasonable price negotiating over the phone and then travel to Tyson Motors to perform a final physical review of the car and its features. The dealership was friendly, willing to go the extra mile to help, and very considerate of our time there. As was the case with my 1st purchase of a 2015 over a year ago, I negotiated my new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summ I live 3 hours from the dealership. As was the case with my 1st purchase of a 2015 over a year ago, I negotiated my new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit over the phone with JR Neilis. I made an offer and after 2 conversations we had a deal. I traded a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland for the 2017 Summit. JR gave me a trade in price over the phone that I agreed to. I had the exact numbers - the price, trade-in, tax, plate transfer, etc. when I arrived at the dealership, The car was clean and ready to go. Lindsay Lewis, the finance manager was also very good to work with. She was thorough and quick. Jim Kinney worked behind the scenes to get me a good price. I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours. This is the way a new car transaction should work. My expectation is that Tyson Motor and JR will be this responsive on my next purchase. More
