Just purchased a 2023 Camry and can’t say enough good things about Jim Hudson Toyota. We got a good trade in price for our used Avalon which helped in our decision to purchased the Camry. Everyone at the dealership was very professional and low pressure during the sale. Having had our Avalon serviced at the dealership we already knew how good their service department was. First let me say this: I've used Jim Hudson service dept for a long time, so even though I gave them one star today, over all this mishap is just a bump in the road. It's not that they didn't correct the p for a long time, so even though I gave them one star today, over all this mishap is just a bump in the road. It's not that they didn't correct the problem; rather the one star is because my service advisor didn't believe me. They changed my oil last week, but old oil was showing up on the dipstick when I checked it at the house. So either they didn't change the filter (which they claimed they did) or it wasn't finished draining and they put the drain plug back on too soon. They need to work on the old adage, "the customer is right" especially when he has pictures to prove it. Update: Can't explain this, but after thoroughly draining my engine oil and replacing it with 0w-20 Mobil 1 synthetic oil, I noticed a slight residue on my dipstick. In the past this never happened. So, Jim Hudson is not to blame. They did their job. My apologies. More

The only thing I was disappointed in was that I had my previous car, a 2005 Chevy Impala, in for service in May, 2021 and they replaced the brake lines for $1640. At that time, they had my car on the lift and no mention was made about the condition of the frame. In July, however, I had a fuel leak in the car and it was found that the frame was rusted out and the car was deemed not roadworthy. Therefore, I traded it in and leased a 2021 Camry. Had they discovered the frame rust two months earlier it would have saved me the $1640 and I would have leased the Camry in May. More
