Jake is always courteous, expertly thorough, and prompt in getting the vehicle in and serviced. Not sure if a steering wheel cover is used before, during and after service? I did have to clean the steering wheel with many Armour wipes the next day. Brown and dirty residue on the steering wheel. This is the second time I attempted to have the dealership detail my car, and once again a crappy job. Andy was very attentive and was more than willing to have the car taken back And detailed again, but I did not have the time since I’m going out of town. Also since you now charge a 3% convenience fee to use a credit card I will not be buying a new vehicle from you next year. Morgan Auto group is a big enough conglomerate that they should absorb that convenience fee, especially when money is so tight for so many people in this economy. It smacks of corporate greed, I will spend my money elsewhere….. More
