We had our one year maintenance appointment at Subaru of North Tampa. Every aspect of this visit was terrific. We had a great welcome greeting when we arrived. Jacob Smith is the main reason for my loyalty to Subaru of North Tampa. While the facility as whole is a positive and friendly atmosphere, Jake is my guy who every time I came in to service my Forester fo of North Tampa. While the facility as whole is a positive and friendly atmosphere, Jake is my guy who every time I came in to service my Forester for the past 5 years he has always welcomed me with a genuine smile and always took care of me like I was family. He clearly explained the suggested repairs and I never once felt he was ‘selling me’ unnecessary repairs or maintenance. I have asked for his advice on multiple occasions and always felt his answers were genuine and honest. If I could give Jake a 100 stars I would. More
