The sales rep was great and I feel the deal was fair. The financial rep ruined the experience and would make me unable to recommend this dealership. I am not interested should mean I am not interested. More

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your positive comments about our sales team and the fair deal you received at Del Toyota. However, we understand your concerns regarding the finance experience. Your feedback is valuable to us, and our team encourages you to reach out directly to address this matter further. We hope to have the opportunity to improve your experience in the future. Sincerely, Del Toyota Team

Thank you for your response. I appreciate the acknowledgment of my feedback. However, directing me to “reach out to the team” is too vague to be actionable. If Del Toyota would genuinely like to better understand the concerns I described, please provide the name and contact information of a specific individual with the authority to review and address them.

Thank you for your feedback—we’re glad the service overall was great, but we apologize for the condition your vehicle was returned in. That’s not the level of care we expect. Please contact me directly so I can make this right. We’ll arrange pickup and delivery and have the interior properly cleaned at no cost. Matt Johnson 610-383-6200
