Respectful of my time. I knew what I wanted, what I had to put down, and was not in a position where I had to purchase. They did not try to sway me or upsell me. Not a lot of back and forth, transparent on pricing and deal they could offer. This is my third purchase from Del and we will continue to go back. Great service department too! More
