This was a fantastic dealership to buy a vehicle from. From searching on the Internet to walking in to talk to Jay, who I dealt with over the Internet and ended up buying my Used Truck from. The whole experience was fantastic and I'll return for sure and send people I know to Jay and Bob. I'm an hour away from the dealership and they made me feel that it was so worth the drive. Jay was very easy to deal with and talk to, never rushed anything, we talked a great deal during my buying this truck. I went to pick up the truck the next day and Jay was with a customer and Bob bent over backwards to help me complete the paperwork process, he wasn't at all bothered or rushed taking care of me, this tells me much about the whole dealership and people. Jaysen, the Finance Manager was excellent to deal with, didn't try to force sell anything additional but took the time to explain everything available to me. I've worked at Dealership's for 28 years myself in the past and I haven't seen a team like this one. Kudos to the Owner and Management, you have an excellent Staff! More

Great crew - open and transparent. I had many specific requirements and Jason (Jay), Jamey, and the team carved a great path forward and made it happen better than I had hoped for. Jay and the team reached me quickly, listened to me describe what I wanted rather than telling me what they wanted me to want, did not push anything or try to "sneak" anything in. No bait and switch. Straightforward solid business. I drove three hours from Ann Arbor and expected no surprises. Smiled in my new ride the entire three hours back home. Perfect! More

From Sales to Service this is by far the best Toyota dealership in NE Ohio-likely a bigger area as well. I’ve bought two Toyotas there and just recently made a massive mistake in buying my 3rd from Ganl dealership in NE Ohio-likely a bigger area as well.
