Upon arrival we were greeted in the new car building that resembled a high class hotel lobby. We were graciously directed to the proper area to view the pre-owned vehicles. We were immediately greeted by Shawn Risner, who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. After a brief discussion regarding what we were interested in, we test drove several vehicles. Shawn was very professional and knowledgeable about the available vehicles. Upon making our selection, he made the trade-in our our old car and purchase process as quick and painless as possible. He really hustled. The used car manager,Shea, was very pleasant and helpful in assisting with the process. We then met with JB, who made sure we knew what all the dials and buttons did! Not only is the name Lexus synonymous with dependability and comfort, but the Germain dealership at Easton completes the buying package with knowledgable and personable staff. A desire to "go green" meant looking at hybrids, and with the guidance of Shawn, Shea, and Ted it became an educational experience. They were tireless in their effort to help us explore the options available. We, no doubt, tired them out with our inquisitiveness! After almost two weeks of looking, learning, talking, and test driving, the choice was made. Today we drove out of Germain Lexus with a great "new" car..and look forward to enjoying travel in a car reported to get 43 miles to the gallon. After 9 plus years and extraordinary service from folks like Kevin Daniels, follow up by my sales person (Patrick) who has since left the dealership, and genuine warmth and professional attentiveness, my wife and I decided to consider trading in our 2004 LS 430 for a new LS 460. A visit to the dealership, incredible attention and help by the staff, especially Janet Jameson my salesperson, and three 85 mile round trips to the dealership we very proudly drove our new LS 460 hom this evening and could not have been more pleased or excited with oue new vehicle. Janet walked us through the entire process and took the time to answer every conceivable question we raised bfore saying "it's a deal". The delivery process was truly special. JB Woodring, tech specialist, explained and instructed on every detail of the car. John Germain was as kind and helpful as one could hope, and of course, Janet led the way. Over the years I have recommended numerous people from our home town to the Germain dealership in Columbus. You can be sure I will continue to do so. However, our salesman, Preston Hutchins, found us the perfect vehicle at a good price, so we were able to take it home that day. Preston took the time to understand what we were looking for and worked with us to get us the best car for our money. Preston is very dedicated to his relationships with his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy. In the end they were more than a dealership they were our friends.
