JC Crescenzo

This was the FOURTH car I purchased from Hempstead Ford and the THIRD car I purchased from JC Crescenzo. We love our new Bronco, but this review is about JC. He is straight-forward, honest and there's no xx. He's a sales consultant, NOT a salesman. He explains about your options and answers questions honestly in an attempt to ensure you will be happy with your new car. He's not at all pushy (It helps this is a no haggle dealer) and he's trustworthy. When I got home after picking up our new Bronco we found a minor issue with the car. I immediately called JC and he assured me the dealer would fix the issue. Sure enough, JC himself, facilitated the fix and this minor issue was quickly resolved. At other dealers I have dealt with in the past, I'm sure this minor issue would have been a major pain. BTW, for my previous car, I visited JC but what I wanted was not currently available. Sure enough, almost two months later he called me and said, "The car you wanted just came in. I'm holding it for you before putting it on the website". I went to see him and he was right. I bought the car immediately. You can be sure when the time comes for another car, we will call JC and Hempstead Ford FIRST. More
