I am very pleased with my experience of buying a new Camry SE at Al Hendrickson Toyota. The sales person, Yokosta Vallejo, was very accomodating, polite, patient and respectful throughout the entire pr Camry SE at Al Hendrickson Toyota. The sales person, Yokosta Vallejo, was very accomodating, polite, patient and respectful throughout the entire process and she did everything possible to negotiate a good deal. She brought over sales personnel who obviously had the authority and ability to negotiate what I believe was a very fair price (including providiing a fair price for my trade in vehicle). And your finance people were excellent. Once I finally agreed to the "out the door" price, the paperwork was drawn up quickly and efficiently. I truly believe that had it not been for Yocasta, I probably would not have purchased the vehicle. More

I went into the dealership on a whim. I really only intended to test drive a new 2025 Camry LE. I met with a variety of people but the Sales Agent that spent the most time with me was Y I really only intended to test drive a new 2025 Camry LE. I met with a variety of people but the Sales Agent that spent the most time with me was Yokasta Vallejo. Yokasta explained that they had no LEs on the lot but she brought out a Camry SE for a test drive. I was impressed with the way the car drove but I felt the SE was beyond what I really was looking to spend. Well, Yokasta diligently did everything she could do to give me every incentive or deal that the dealership (Al Hendrickson) and Toyota offered. She also had me speak to various associates who I assume had the authority to approve additional incentives and offer me more for my car as a trade-in. Ultimately, I ended up purchasing the Camry SE that I test drove with Yokasta even though I ended up spending more money than I initially intended to. I doubt that I would have purchased the car had it not been for Yokasta and her perseverence. She was always pleasant, Always respectful, never showed impatience or aggravation and expended considerable time and effort to get me the best possible deal she could. When we ultimately did agree on an "out the door" price, she turned me over to someone who had all the paperwork in order and ready for my signature. I definitely appreciate her efforts and I drove away in my new Camry SE believing that I got a fair deal. More
