Started working Kendall on Tuesday 12/29 she hooked me up with Jeremy on Wednesday, my credit was run on Wednesday. Multiple texts between Thursday and today (1/4/21)Jeremy told me end of the month is hectic with Jeremy on Wednesday, my credit was run on Wednesday. Multiple texts between Thursday and today (1/4/21)Jeremy told me end of the month is hectic, we would do paper work on Saturday or Monday, again... my credit report was run on Wednesday. On Thursday I asked if I could give him my down payment as I did not want the car sold out from under me; he stated they don't do that. Today Monday 1/4/21 he texted me at 9am asking for my documents. He sent me the link to send the down payment. at 1:00pm while on the phone says "oh wait...I can't find the keys" at 2pm he calls and says the reason he can't find the keys is because someone took the keys, went on a test ride and sold the car..... REALLY…while I’m on the phone giving the salesman MY info someone else takes it on a test drive and buys it!!!!! They apparently have no communication with each other... I spoke to the manager who said "well those things happen". SHADY...doesn't even begin to explain how they do business. All this time wasted and all the xxxxxxxx and they only they I received was a hard inquiry on my credit report that lowered my credit score by 7 points…. More
