Sales fell short Inquired for a vehicle even though we were an hour and a half away. Internet sales (Corey) was fast, friendly and on top of things. Sales rep Jeremy Inquired for a vehicle even though we were an hour and a half away. Internet sales (Corey) was fast, friendly and on top of things. Sales rep Jeremy was friendly when we began negotiating and even through us finalizing the deal. We had a lot of questions unanswered and found that once everything was done it was almost impossible to get a hold of Jeremy. We had a promise of the vehicle being delivered but that didn’t happen. Jeremy had forgotten to notify his manager but offered to fill our gas tank (We accepted this offer). We purchased our vehicle and had to wait until Wednesday for pick up due to it needing detailed. We were told it would take a few hours for detailing, but the vehicle was kept for 2.5 days and when we arrived Jeremy was still picking debris out of the car. We had inquired to a second key for the truck as that was something we really wanted (Which was asked about on the day we bought the car). Jeremy was unable to tell us about only having one key when we picked up our truck. Jeremy even stated to look on EBay for a key for $100 even though we just spent a good deal of money on our truck with him. Jeremy sent an email stating he hoped we were satisfied and if we weren’t to reach out to him. We notified Jeremy by email our major concerns and even offered a suggestion of a second key to help make things right (the owner of this dealership also owns a ford dealership). Our email went unanswered and again we felt like we were pushed to the side and a nuisance. We waited 3 business days for a reply that never came. Our truck however is very nice and even with the upsets we are happy we purchased it. Finance advisor Norm was friendly and worth our travel time to get there. We were then contacted by a general manager Kane Faber. He asked what could be done to make things right. We explained to Kane the same things we expressed to Jeremy and even sent him the e-mail we had sent to Jeremy to ensure he understood our frustrations. After about a week we were offered a key (By Jeremy) in exchange for us to change our review however the review had to be changed first. So we declined the key (We were told to change the review, they'd send the key and then for us to pay out of pocket o program the key), and changed the review to show our new feeling of 1 star. This sale has been the worst I have ever experienced. We will likely never buy a car from this dealership again or refer anyone, especially after spending close to $40,000 and being made to feel like a nuisance. More
