I needed to have my car service AND i told them that my car engine check light came on. They serviced my car but they didn’t check what was wrong with my engine and why the light came on… so ultimately the car engine check light came on. They serviced my car but they didn’t check what was wrong with my engine and why the light came on… so ultimately they wasted my time because I had to send my car to another dealership and waste money on a car rental so that dealership could work on my car regarding my engine. A waste of time! More

The Star was for customer service. 4 hours for an oil change is ridiculous! Wait time to just talk to service advisor was 20 min, also pickup of car was also longer than usual for a shop. Excellent Hyundai Service area in Flushing, NY. The staff from making an appointment to the exit could not be improved. I had previously used the service area in Jamaica and with a simple task to The staff from making an appointment to the exit could not be improved. I had previously used the service area in Jamaica and with a simple task to remedy was in the waiting room for hours! This place is without any doubt more professional and ready to work as soon as your car is brought in. Just today I had a quick question re: oil change and the lovely young lady in the office was so kind as to come out and correct the computer issue. That would have never happened before and I truly thank this staff. More
