I had both headlights on my vehicle replaced last year November 2022. This morning when I drove to work, one of the headlights was low. This review is for the Star Hyundai service center, not for the dealership. Service center is appallingly small and dirty. Only 8 seats in waiting area, which was overflowing with customers who had to stan for the dealership. Service center is appallingly small and dirty. Rosie at the front desk is nasty, obnoxious, and rude, and should be fired. Air quality in waiting room is very bad: the stench of fumes is overwhelming. Had 11 AM appointment for minor, routine service. They didn't start work on my car until after 2 PM. They book too many customers at once. No employee gave any updates. I had to seek out workers and ask for information. Getting any information from them was like pulling teeth. More
