Broken XM New Jeep the XM antenna needed to be replaced. After 2 weeks of waiting I called dealership to check on status. Scheduled service Jeep was fixed. Jeep was done when promised and XM was fixed. Picked up the Jeep covered with bird droppings. I keep my cars cleaned and waxed, so this wasn't how I dropped my vehicle off, I did contact my salesman and he apologize and said bring it back anytime for a wash. More
