my Ram was on for an oil change and to have the locks fixed. I told the salesman when I bought it that the locks weren't working properly. I was told it was the fiob battery had to be changed. It did fixed. I told the salesman when I bought it that the locks weren't working properly. I was told it was the fiob battery had to be changed. It did not fix the problem. I picked up my Ram it still does not work right and i was charged a deductible when it should be covered under warranty. I will not buy another vehicle from them or get service work done by them. Looked on internet for new Dodge Ram. After reviewing all the new trucks in stock. I found one that caught my eye. Took way wife for a ride and we both looked at the truck.
