Everyone at Fred Anderson Charleston is so nice from your service department to sales. I have been getting my Highlander serviced there for two years and finally got the opportunity to trade up to my n your service department to sales. I have been getting my Highlander serviced there for two years and finally got the opportunity to trade up to my new 4Runner. It took me three days of going back and forth trying to make a decision and both JJ and the Management team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy. JJ is simply the best he wasn’t pushy, he was vey kind and trust me I was annoying he has the patience of a Saint. Thank you for being the best person. I feel like I have family at Fred Anderson!
