He went out of his way to work with me on the cost of the replacement, which I truly appreciated. The service wasn't the smoothest but not because of them it was out of there control with the replacement piece not working when received. Jon made sure to fully keep communication with me at all times and thoughtful from start to finish. I’ve always been a Honda customer and will continue to have my car serviced here.
