Good Morning. We take your concerns very seriously, and I want to address them directly. I understand you’re upset and have accused us of being dishonest and stealing from you. Please know that we do not take such accusations lightly. Our shop operates with integrity, and our team is committed to honest, transparent service. Every recommendation we make is based on safety, necessity, and the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection. In this case, your vehicle showed clear signs of wear in the suspension and a cracked hose that required replacement. These were not fabricated issues—they were documented and discussed with you prior to the work being done. If there was any misunderstanding, it was never our intention to mislead or pressure you. After you had voiced your concerns and returned with me, I know we went over everything together with the car in the air to show the signs of aging and wear/tear on the suspension in question to indicate a true failure and necessity for recommendation. At that time, technician also showed you the old cracked hose that came from your vehicle, as well as pointed out where the replacement of the hose was. That said, we are more than willing to go over the repairs with you in detail for a third time. We want you to feel confident in both the work performed and how you were treated. Per our lengthy discussion, the vehicle has multiple possible contributing factors that may be creating the concern. When we diagnose vehicles, we have to follow the bread crumbs and replace failed parts as we can verify.
