The Honda service department has taken care of my Hondas for the past 18 years. I would recommend them to anyone. You can always count on the service team to provide good work. My vehicle was just in fo for the past 18 years. I would recommend them to anyone. You can always count on the service team to provide good work. My vehicle was just in for PA Inspection and I waited in their waiting room. I was disappointed that it took two hours to perform the service since the vehicle didn't need anything for inspection. More

I was charged $40 to clean corrosion off of my battery. I was told my battery tested fine. Thirty minutes after I left the shop, my car died and left me stuck. The battery was dead. I do appreciate the shop sending someone to jump my car. I returned to the shop and was told I needed a new battery. If I was told I needed a new battery I wouldn’t have wasted $40 on the corrosion cleaning. The $40 should be refunded to me. More

I am a new customer to Piazza Honda with an old but wonderful 2006 Honda Accord. Nearing 200,000 miles I knew the car was needing a maintenance checkup. Jon Barth greeted me the first day walking into wonderful 2006 Honda Accord. Nearing 200,000 miles I knew the car was needing a maintenance checkup. Jon Barth greeted me the first day walking into the Service Department. I shared my concerns and Jon explained some services my car could need. A service appointment and $1,780 later there remains some needs. Repairs are always more expensive than what you are prepared for! I’m at a place in my late life that my car has to remain dependable. I have to pay this repair bill before I can do anything more. What I found most irritating was the 3% surcharge because I had to use a credit card on top of the $1,736.57!! I gave you my business…$1,736.57 and you charge me an additional $52.10!! A large dealership that employs a large number of people…not a positive way to treat your customers!! Makes one very disappointed with Piazza Honda’s business ethic! More

I came intending to just drop my car and have to come back, but the service department graciously completed the work for me while I waited. They said it’d be about 2 hrs. and it was almost on the nose! back, but the service department graciously completed the work for me while I waited. They said it’d be about 2 hrs. and it was almost on the nose! Very grateful for their effort. Great place, friendly helpful people, and a comfortable waiting area with water and snacks provided. I received a text telling me that additional work was needed and was able to okay that without even getting up out of my chair! Well done, Piazza Honda of Reading! Well done. Sorry I don’t remember names, but everyone I encountered was friendly, professional and kind. So I rated them all excellent!! I’m sure they deserved the stars! More
