This Dealer sold me a damaged car, claiming it had never been in an accident. I requested the Carfax report for the car, but the salesman, Ray, never gave it to me or showed it to me. The dealership is undergoing renovations apparently and it’s kind of a mess with new and used sales all in one small showroom. Dylan was great, I wish I was told and should have asked a few things, like th it’s kind of a mess with new and used sales all in one small showroom. Dylan was great, I wish I was told and should have asked a few things, like they only had one key. An extra cost me hundreds $$ that I would have tried to negotiate off the price. The finance guy was ok, Rohan talked us into an extended warranty which I was ok with since newer cars have so many things unrepairable by the average person, but when we were signing the paperwork it went from a seven year warranty down to six. The finance guy claimed he made a mistake knowing that 72 months wasn’t seven years. A finance guy that isn’t good with numbers?? Bottom line, just like any used car purchase make sure you ask a lot of questions and get it all in writing before you sign it all. I would definitely deal with Dylan again but I’d make sure I was better prepared More

When I walked into the showroom it was PACKED! I thought this is going to take a long time. I had a 1pm appointment. At 130pm someone finally came to talk to me. I was a little frustrated, but I thought this is going to take a long time. I had a 1pm appointment. At 130pm someone finally came to talk to me. I was a little frustrated, but not too bad. And it only got better from there. Once we were able to locate the truck I was interested in, these folks bent over backwards to make the deal with me. I found them to be very upfront and honest. There were a lot of xx fees in the initial offer (which is common at car dealerships). But by the time the deal was done, I believe it was a fair deal for both of us. I recommend this dealership. Just be ready to negotiate. More
